Now I am daisy chaining the RPi's 3V3 I2C signals (Gnd, SCL1, SDA1) from the Level Shifter board to the bread board. I have also extended the 5V0 MCP23017's signals (INTA, INTB, GPA0~7, GPB0~7) to the bread board for experiments.
I have shifted the RPi / Power signal router board, Level shifter board, MCP23017 board, and the UPS to the shoe rack, to reclaim more bench top space for the coming MCP23008 experiments.
