2N7000 to level shift SPI clock notes

Now I am using 2N7000 to level shift RPi SPI Clk from 3V3 to 5V0.  I found that R load of 10K is to big to saturate the FET, while 100R is good but perhaps wasting energy.  560 seems good enough.  So I will using 560R which I have plenty in my components box.
