MCP23008 IO Expander - LCD1602

So I am assembling yet another MCP23008 board, this time for playing with LCD1602.  The MCP2300 is 3V3 logic, and the level shifting device is ULN2803, which can shift to 5V or higher (say, 6V, 9V, 12V)
