HC573 LED drive testing notes

Now I am checking out if HC573 is strong enough to drive a 7-segment LED.  I did the following test.

1. Connect HC03 to 3V3

2. HC573 output around 4V6 with connecting it to common anode 12.

3. HC573 output drops to 4V0 when all 7 segments and decimal point are switch on, through 560R x 8, with a total current of 12mA.

4. HC573 connecting to other two anodes also has all on for the other two LEDs

So far so good, now moving on to ULN2803.
