ULN2803 drive testing notes

Now I have static by hand tested the ULN2803 driving LED OK.  The connection is summarized below.

Part A - Digit enable and anode sourcing

1. Digit enable inputs DE0~DE3 to HC03 to HC04

2. Digit anode sourcing output DAS0 to DAS3 from HC04 to HC573 to LED common anodes 0 ~ 3

Part B - 7 segment and decimal point input and output

1. 7 segment inputs SI0 ~SI7, DP, to ULN2803 input

2. 7 segment outputs SO0 to SO7 from ULN2803 output

So far so good.  Next step is to test online.
