RPi and GPi reset condition

Now I have placed the 5V3 10A PSU and RPi A2 + GPi side by side, and summarized the voltage reading at reset.  The DWA121 WiFi dongle should blink slowly, and the 4 digit LED's left most digit should show digit 8 with the decimal point on.
