RPi power/signal routing board setup notes

Now I have mounted the power/signal routing board on the right of the RPi.   I have tested the following OK - power 5V0, 3V3, reset button, TP1/TP2 with floating/differential input DVM.

Next step is the test LED/buzzer/button circuit.
