GZ 16o8i logic level shifter board testing OK

Now I have completed all tedious the point to point soldering of the 16o8i 3V3/5V0 logic level shifter.  I have used the gz_16o8i.c program to check that all connections are OK, and all the input and output LED indicators are working OK.

Next step is to write a Python program to do similar input output checking as the gz_16o8i.c.
