Now I have setup the second RPi and switched it on. I found that I could not log in with original ip address.
So I used the Advanced IP scanner program to checked that even I did not switch the old one, the router seems to detect that there is a new RPi and assigned it a new ip address. And when I tried to log into the new RPi, the putty warns that the host key is not in the cache or something like that, and asks me to confirm. I confirmed and everything goes smoothly. I can have two WinSCP and two PuTTY up at the same time.
