Now I have removed the seemingly damaged RPi and replaced it by another good one. The power supply is 5.2V, and the TP1/TP2 voltage is 5.08V, with Ethernet, but without HDMI connected.
I suspect that earlier I might carelessly pulled one of the I2C/SPI/UART wires too hard, and short circuited something and damaged the RPi. So this time I need to be more careful and securely cable tied the I2C/SPI/UART cable.
I have checked that the LCD monitor with HDMI, and wireless keyboard and mouse and working OK.
Next step is reconnecting the I2C hardware and test again.
