RPi Model A setup notes

Now I have mounted a RPi Model A over the PSU.  RPi booted successfully and I could log in using PuTTY.  I used a digital meter to check the voltage at TP1/TP2.  It was 4.89V.  The voltage at the PSU side is 4.98V (The on board DVM reads 5.1V)
