MCP3208 board assembly notes

Now I am making a MCP3208 8 channel ADC board.  It has the following components.

1. Logic 3V3 to/from 5V0 based on HC03 and CD4050.

2. MCP3208 8 channel ADC.

3. MCP1541 voltage reference.
