MCP3208 testing notes

So now I have come back to test MCP3208 again.  This time I have MCP3201 and MCP3208 sitting side by side, to do pair testing.  I first test MCP3201 can do ADC correctly, to make sure that the SPI connection etc are more or less OK, then move on to the SPI loop back test, to check that the 3V3 to 5V0 level shifting is OK.
