Raspberry Pi micro USB power plug DIY notes

Now I want to measure the voltage at the USB power connector of the Raspberry, so I am soldering a plug with 2 pairs of wires, one pair for power, the other for voltmeter.

I got the USB plug from TaoBao for RMB0.28 each.  The metal part fits tightly into the slots of the plastic bracket.  I must remember to pull the plug by the black cover, never by the wire.
