Now I am testing 3 LCDs at the same time. These 6 singal lines (REgisterSelect, WriteEnalbe, D$~D7( of the 3 LCDs are connected in parallel. In other words, the I2C MCP23017 + HC573 is driving 3 LCDs at the same time. All 3 LCD's display as expected.
Now I have made sure that the TriT TMBC16465B LCD is working OK, I will connect it to the SPI GuzuntyPi 16o8i + ULN2803 and try to display something.
