Now I have successfully gz_loaded the gz_led_driver.xsvf to the Guzunty Pi.
Hardware configuration summary. I have switched off GPi #1 and GPi#2, both of which are jumper selected to "run" mode. The JTAG, SPI, and PWM/GPCLKO cables are daisy chain as below.
JTAG, SPI, PWM/GPCLK0 daisy chain connection - RPi > GPi #1 > GPI #2 > GPi #3
