The Wiring Pi clock utility seems not stable. So I tried to use an external crystal clock. I thought the crystal of 5V logic level should be acceptable by the CPLD. The clock signal is heavily distorted when applied to the 3V3 CPLD. And I found the CPLD seems getting burnt. I replace by a new one but found it not writable. So I lost another RMB12.
I also broke the RMB0.7 socket, because I was not too careful and I don't have any proper tool to remove the chip.
